Now sharing with you my mixed media canvas:

I colored her up using the techniques from the K&C sunset project class and then turned it into a mixed media project.

Now my camera isn't being very nice to me and the pinkish layer (rv10, 000, 0000) I added in the sky and in the clouds isn't showing, it just looks white..

Background colors are listed in the class.

The Copic colors for the girl:
Skin: E04, 11, 21, 00, 000 R20
Hair: E18, 15 YR23 Y21
Blue: B39, 37, 26, 34, 32, 00
Pink: RV09, 06, 04, 02, 000
Cat: C05, 03, 01, 00

Also the whole canvas is gorgeously shimmering which you can't see very well on the photo's, I tried making another photo in the sun and I have a closeup of the embellishments:

Aren't they pretty!

Products used:
Lindy's Magicals: Coton Candy Pink, Pretty in Pink Pink, Tiffany Lou's Blue & Lucky Shamrock green.
Distress ink: Picked Raspberry
Modeling paste and baking soda because it was to thin
Pink Glitter washi tape
Straws
Rose ribbon
Feathers and all sorts of Flower Embelishments
Glue gun

The blueish canvas background I did a long time ago when I first got my magicals and mists, and I cant remember which colors I used I think the Tiffany Lou's Blue with some coton candy pink to get the more lilac tone.

The Butterfly is a stencil made with distress ink.
The lace flowers are a tim holtz stencil with modeling paste and then waterpainted with the magicals.

Now the feathers, paper flowers and the pink and purple wooden flowers where already colored. I just added some shimmer with Lindy's Magicals waterpaint style.
After painting on the feathers I dabbed them with a paper towel to dry them and just the glitter remained.
The greenish wooden flowers where wood colored and also painted with lindy's Magical but using way less water to ge the coverage.

Well I think that was it for now!

Eliza's Birthday Party!!

Good morning FFF Friends :)

I am so happy to celebrate with you today!
There are a couple of surprises for you here today, but first I want to tell you a little about how it all started :)
I had been coloring digital stamps for a long time and I loved the idea of drawing some stamps of my own, but I wasn't sure if my drawings were good enough.

I had joined the Kit and Clowder community and one day Alyce asked me "if I would regret it, if I didn't try to make stamps." It made me realise I just had to try even if noone would like them. It still took me a little while to figure out the whole digital drawing thing but finally on March 28th 2016 I released Eliza's Flowers Swing.

You can find Eliza's Flowers Swing here, She is on sale till April 2nd!

So Alyce, thank you for not only teaching us to color but to teach us to have confidence in ourselfs and in our art :)

I have been calling this day Eliza's Birthday and I made a stamp to go with that!
Please go to the Kit and Clowder facebook group to get her for free untill April 15th!
After you grab her please come over to the Flowers, Feathers and Fairies group to join in a coloring contest that runs till April 15th! Winner wins the new release going live April 15th!

Eliza's Birthday:

And just a note for those of you that are already familiar with K&C you know what this weekend is right?

Time for some feathers!

Keeping with the mythical creatures theme I wanted to do one with Feathers and I wanted to make an image that would work for boys and girls that love fantasy!

It's a Gryphon :D half eagle, half lion!
And there are tons of feathers on this one!!

In the shop now!

and we love feathers don't we Wanda?

The first colors that probably come into your mind are gold and brown tones cause who has seen an eagle or a lion in any other color right?
Well I thought the same but after chatting with Wanda a bit we decided to make 1 golden and 1 colorfull gryphon!

Here is Wanda's brown-golden gryphon on an amazing card:

Wanda's Blog:
Wanderful Creations

and here is the color gryphon:

So I wanted him to look magical and mysterious with deep blue and green tones!
It was a challenge thats for sure and it didn't look right untill it was finnished, I suppose thats why Alyce(kit and clowder) always tells us to never stop half way.

Copics used:
Blues: B39, 37, 26, 34, 32, 00
Greens: G29, 28, 05, 02, 00
Gold: YR27, 23, Y21, 11
To get more definition in the feathers on his chest I use W9 for cast shadows and white gelpen for the center.

Distress inks used for the background piece: Peacock feathers, Broken China, Mustardseed and a very little bit of spiced marmelade.

I really hope you like my crazy colored gryphon!
I cant wait to see this one in all kinds of colors!

Who is up for the challenge?
What about purple with gold,
or from pink to orange to yellow for the girls,
or fiery red with a black beak and claws?!

Another mythical digi stamp!

This weekend I have another mythical themed digi stamp for you!

Mermaid Serena

Serena likes me loves Dolphins! They are my favourite animals!

I went to the Dolfinarium last year with my mom, grandma and aunt, and I just can watch them forever. 💜🐬💙

and this is an old photo it was made on my 18th birthday(26 now) and one of the best gifts I ever got :) Loved being so close to them!

But lets get back to the new stamp! Sorry I can get carried away when it comes to Dolphins! Haha

Mermaid Serena was colored up by Nathalie and Sara!

Nathalie actually colored her up 10 times!! Can you believe it! and she used my favourite colors purple, pink and teal :)
She made a wonderfull box which holds 6 cards, a bookmark, a thank you card and a sticky note holder inside!

To see pictures of all the cards please visit her blog: Mermaid Fenicia

Sara made an awesome card I would have never thought of myself its so clever! Love the window style and to top it off she made it a shaker card!
